OUR OLIVE GROVES
Our olive groves
LA Organic is proud of its presence in Andalusia, specializing in the production of organic olive oil without pesticides. In our olive groves, we offer a complete immersion in the world of olive oil, with tours through three types of plantations: traditional, intensive and super-intensive. Visitors can experience the olive harvest, which takes place from October to January, and discover the properties of extra virgin olive oil. In addition, they will explore the production process in our oil mill and enjoy an oil tasting to learn how to value it gastronomically. We also address the classification of oils, differentiating between refined, virgin and extra virgin, for a complete understanding of product quality.
OUR ECO OILS
Our eco oils
At LA Organic, we dedicate every effort to produce the best Spanish organic extra virgin olive oil. Our olive trees, located in the ancestral land of Ronda, in the south of Spain, are cared for in a completely natural way. The olives are harvested by hand using the traditional “vareo” method and transported immediately to the local mill, guaranteeing an oil with the lowest possible acidity (<0.3%) and without chemical additives or fertilizers.
