The journey continues with the beauty of the Organic Vegetable Garden, designed by the renowned Floren Domezain, known as the “King of Vegetables”. It continues to an Organic Vineyard of exclusive 100% Pinot Noir grapes, revealing centuries of Ronda’s winemaking tradition.

Pass through the Fruit Garden, where trees laden with oranges, quinces, peaches and more awaken your senses. Visit the Ermita de Doña Lola, a 19th century jewel donated to the Salesians, which adds a historical touch to the itinerary.

Walk along the Paseo de Variedades, where up to 20 types of olive trees from different parts of the world create a unique visual spectacle. The Plaza de la Carlota awaits you at the end, with centuries-old olive trees and aromas of rosemary and lavender.

Conclude the experience with an exciting LA Organic Olive Oil Tasting, exploring the subtleties of this culinary treasure. Close the tour by discovering the secrets of our oil mill in the Molino, where our organic extra virgin olive oil is produced.
